Decades of Experience
Since 1999
Holly Greer commenced her legal career at the law firm of Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., in Orlando, Florida, where her practice focused on real estate and corporate transactions, including hotels, senior living facilities, land acquisitions, commercial leasing and real estate financing. After seven years in private practice, she joined CNL Financial Group’s legal department where she served as Vice President, ultimately becoming Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer and general counsel of four non-traded real estate investment trusts sponsored by CNL. In her role, she provided strategic leadership for the organization’s operations, including technology, investor communication, and human resources. She also oversaw compliance, legal and regulatory affairs for the enterprise. Key areas of responsibility included overseeing management’s accountability of business objectives, values, and essential enterprise interests.
